Shea Setzer Grosch
Principal
I have the privilege of serving as Principal at Randolph Early College High School. Prior to coming to RECHS, I served as the Assistant Principal at Trinity High School and Uwharrie Middle School. I thoroughly enjoy working for the Randolph County School System and have an immense appreciation for the Randolph County community. I feel so fortunate to call Randolph Early College High School home.
Growing up in Asheboro, I attended Asheboro High School and then earned my Bachelor’s Degree in English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I then earned my Master’s of Education from Wake Forest University. I also received my Post-Master’s Certificate in School Administration from Western Carolina University. Before entering administration, I taught English and Marketing at Asheboro High School where I established the DECA program. I earned my National Board Certification in Career and Technical Education. I then served as the Career Development Coordinator for Asheboro High School.
I am excited about this school year as our staff and students continue to strive for excellence in our classrooms, extra-curricular activities and everyday tasks. I am proud to be a Raven and look forward to working with our students, parents and staff.
